• A fully interactive 3D model that allows your team to review and understand the project in detail, especially with erection planning.
• High quality 3d imagery of the steel model for the project included with your steel bid demonstrates to the general contractor that you are well advanced on the project and ready to perform.

Our prebid services help you add value to your bid package, or your bid interview. These services include:

• Preparation of high quality colored gantt charts that outline the expected steel detailing schedule, for provision of approval and fabrication drawings.
• Creation of high quality bid package material, including your steel price, detailing price, past project capabilities, and project schedule.
• Provision of steel erection imagery, crane placement imagery, and animations of the expected steel erection sequencing of the project. These images add great value to your bid package and bid interview presentation.
