Forest Clean Up
The Anatomic Iron Cares team took to the forest to do our part to help clean up the local environment!
Our forest clean up took place in the Zabierzowski Forest, which is one of the largest forest complexes in the area of Cracow.
It is a great place to rest and a tourist destination for many people who enjoy contact with nature and hiking. The Rudawa River flows nearby which creates an idyllic and peaceful setting. As we know, even such places have to deal with the problem of pollution in the form of plastic bottles, cardboard, plastic bags and related which have a negative impact on the natural environment. That is why this unique place, which is very close to us, became the focus of our clean up efforts.
Together with our seven-member team of Anatomic Iron employees, we undertook the action of cleaning this place. With the help of special trash-collecting equipment, we collected large bags of trash from the forest and the area around the Rudawa River. Probably many of us did not expect such a numerous collection as we managed to bag up a small mountain of trash and recycling! After our efforts, the forest in our eyes as well as in the eyes of local residents has gained a new well-kept space. We think that even the animals as local residents of this green forest area benefited from our hard work.
We were very happy to participate in this project especially since the clean up of general waste and trash is a very important first step for environmental protection.
